Management Team

Dr. Gang Chai, Director, President & CEO, is an entrepreneur specifically focused on consulting and investment between Canada and China. He initially worked for the federal government in Ottawa for two years after obtaining a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. Dr. Chai has consulted for numerous international companies doing business in China in the middle 1990s. He founded McVicar Minerals Ltd. which was engaged in mineral exploration in Canada and China. The company merged with China based Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. in 2003 and is traded in the Toronto Stock Exchange at present. Dr. Chai founded and has been CEO of McVicar Resources Inc. since 2003. In 2008 McVicar changed its name to McVicar Industries Inc. to better represent the changing focus of the company.

Dr. James Misener, Director, is the President of PGW Ltd., a Canadian geophysical consulting company specializing in potential field methods applied to oil/gas and mineral exploration. Dr.  Misener is also a Professional Engineer (Ont.) and is a Director of Jite Technologies Inc. a publicly traded company listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange.

Dr. Anthony Naldrett, Director, is a top world-rank geologist in the field of Ni-PGE deposits with more than 30 years of exploration and research experience. He has held numerous top positions in international geology and mining organizations. Dr. Naldrett has consulted for numerous international mining companies, including Chevron, Inco, Falconbridge, Western Mining, BHP, Cominco. He was also the company consultant for Diamond Fields Resources Inc., which discovered the Voisey's Baynickel deposits in Canada. Dr. Naldrett built the Noril'sk deposit model which has been followed by most mining companies. Over the past 3 years he has spent 4-5 months per year in South Africa working on aspects of Platinum-group elements in the Bushveld Complex.

Mr. Henry Tse, Director, is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a senior partner in Choong and Associates Chartered Accountants LLP, in Toronto. Prior to joining Choong and Associates in 1993 Mr. Tse was an audit manager with Sun Life Assurance of Canada for two years and audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP for five years. Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Tse is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. After obtaining an MBA degree (1986) from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Mr. Tse obtained his Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner designations in 1990 and 2000, respectively. Currently, he is an officer of Blueprint Wealth Management Group that includes Blueprint Investment Corp (a registered mutual funds dealer with the Ontario Securities Commission), Blueprint Insurance Ltd. (a registered insurance agency with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario), and Blueprint Mortgages and Loans Inc. (a licensed mortgage broker with FSCO). Mr. Tse is also a licensed mortgage and mutual fund broker and has been an instructor in the field of investment education as well as hosting investment talk shows on radio and television and publishing articles on investment related topics in local newspapers.

Mr. Winfield Ding, CFO, is a Certified General Accountant and will be responsible for accounting, financial management and corporate compliance of the Company.
